Her experience includes overseeing the operations of both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health facilities and, more recently, managing the operations of Start’s Community Health Centers. Mrs. Franks has extensive experience in the start-up, growth, and overall management of healthcare facilities. For the past ten years at Start Community Health Centers, her responsibilities have included recruiting providers and staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and overseeing the overall operations of the centers. Mrs. Franks values working with a diverse group of professionals and is passionate about the organization’s continued growth.
