The St. Jude Community Health Center at 400 N. Rampart Street is under renovation. Once complete, it will be more than a clinic. It will be a place of restoration. A space where people—many for the first time—will walk through the door and feel safe. This new location will offer:
Primary care
Mental health services
Addiction recovery support
Dental care
Pharmacy access
Wraparound support for housing and employment

It will serve the very people this neighborhood depends on—service workers, artists, families, the elderly, neighbors, and tourists who have gone without care for far too long.

At St. Jude Community Health Center, we’re creating a place where care isn’t rushed, and people aren’t treated like problems to solve. We’re adding space—but more importantly, we’re removing barriers.
When the doors open, this center will be fully staffed, fully ready, and fully focused on whole-person care. But to get there—we need something we can’t build alone. We need you.
