Medication Management
START acts as our patients first point of contact. Our provides will create a treatment plan customized to each patient based on their needs and work up.
Medical Case Management

Assist client with retention in care and adherence to treatment​.

Identify and reduce barriers that may keep you from getting the care you need.
In House Laboratory Services
Labs can be drawn the same day while in office for faster turnaround times to expedite treatment.
Dietician Services
Appointments will be made quarterly to develop a dietary plan specific to each individuals needs.
Pharmacy
START has an in house pharmacy which makes for easy access to prescriptions and delays in treatment.
Behavioral Health Services
START provides mental and behavioral health counseling services as well as behavioral health medication management.
Dental Services
Cleanings, fillings, extractions, and exams are completed in our clinic in house.
Support Groups
HIV + support groups are held quarterly for individuals to meet and know they are not alone. We will work diligently to connect you to people who will make sure you’ve got all of the resources, information and support you need to continue to live a healthy life.
