Minimum Requirements
Master degree in Counseling, Social Work or Social services related field
Advanced clinical license for independent practice (LPC, LCSW)
Be over 18 years of age
Possess a valid driver's license

Job Duties/Skills Required
Provides individual therapy using evidence-based therapeutic services formed upon comprehensive assessments of patient's strengths, abilities, needs and preferences.
Completes comprehensive psycho-social assessments that comply with accreditation standards and meet requirements and format for reimbursement/billing.
Completes accurate clinical documentation according to policy and as needed to ensure reimbursement for services.
Assists clients in identifying strengths, needs, and realistic goals to set up a treatment plan.
Accurately identifies risks and responds appropriately, and provides consultation to peers regarding high-risk situations and appropriate interventions.
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of behavioral health symptoms, diagnoses, interventions, and impact.
