Minimum Requirements
Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Excellent attention to detail, prioritization, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties/Skills Required
Assist with employee onboarding and new hire paperwork
Prepare employee files and maintain personnel records
Audit employee records for completeness and compliance
Assist with reviewing applicants/resumes
Help coordinate new employee orientation
Maintain HR spreadsheets, reports, and databases
Assist with policy updates and HR projects
Provide administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
Assist the CHRO with special projects, research, audits, and other departmental initiatives
Complete other duties as assigned by the CHRO
