Minimum Requirements
Licensed clinician (LCSW/LPC)
At least 5 years of post license experience and supervision

Communicate respectfully and effectively and establish professional relationships through active listening and demonstration of empathy and positive regard.
Accurately identifies risk and responds appropriately, and provides consultation to peers regarding high-risk situations and appropriate interventions.
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of behavioral health symptoms, diagnoses, interventions, and impact.
Job Duties/Skills Required
Monitor Clinic productivity and quality and set weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
Provide monthly individual and group supervision, consultation and feedback for Licensed Clinicians.
Maintain flexible availability to provide support, consultation and crisis response to Youth and Family Services Licensed Clinicians and administrative team.
Continuously monitor and evaluates the program for efficiency, effectiveness, opportunities to reduce operations costs, risks and liabilities, and areas for improvement.
Promote the agency/program within the community.
