Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Job Description
Admin and monitor medications to clients in their homes and community. Assist clients in ID strengths, needs and realistic goals. Draw labs and conduct healthcare screening and assessments.
Minimum Requirements
License to practice as a LPN in state of Louisiana - be over 18 years of age
Possess a valid Louisiana Driver's license
Current CPR - prior experience preferred.

Admin and monitor medication to clients in their home and community - promote recover, independence and personal choice for participants.
Job Duties/Skills Required
Participate as part of multidisciplinary team - provide nursing care within scope of license - draw labs and obtain laboratory specimens for testing - participate in setting treatment plans, goals and objectives.
