Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for the CEO. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)

  • Valid LA driver's license

  • At least two years of relevant experience

Core Competencies

  • Communicates respectfully and effectively

  • Promptly and accurately performs clerical duties, data entry, typing, and filing.

  • Organizes and prioritizes duties including multiple specialized functions or to assist with agency wide duties. 

Job Duties/Skills Required

  • Support the CEO as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.

  • Provide administrative and office support.

  • Prepares, proofreads, and edits correspondence, reports, and other materials.

  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality.

  • Occasionally drive the CEO to and from events, meetings, etc.

  • All other duties as assigned by the CEO.
