Administrative Assistant- QIF Transitions Grant
Job Description
Assists with administrative tasks for the QIF Transitions Grant. Screens telephone calls and visitors as directed. Coordinates/ schedules appointments and reminder notifications in electronic health record. Completes all intake data and collects payments for patient visits.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Core Competencies
Communicates respectfully.
Promplty and accuratley performs clerical duties including data entry.
Computer skills are necessary.
Works well both independently, and within a team setting.
Job Duties/Skills Required
Screens telephone calls and visitors as directed.
Coordinates/ schedules appointments and reminder notifications in electronic health record.
Coordinates/ scheldues transportation, if needed, for grant participants.
Completes all intake data and collects payments for patient visits.
Welcomes and is courteous, speaking respectfully to all persons.
Other tasks as assigned by Program Director.
