Job Description

Start Corporation is looking for a Chief Administrative Officer who will oversee and manage several departments.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration. 

  • Master's preferred. S

  • olid work experience in a managerial position is essential. 

  • Experience in areas such as human resources and IT.

Core Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Must exhibit strong leadership and teamwork abilities. 

  • Good interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships  with employees, executives and stakeholders. 

  • Proficiency in using software tools for communication, data analysis, and reporting is beneficial.

Job Duties/Skills Required

  • Managing Administrative Operations across various departments. 

  • Ensure departments operate efficiently and effectively according to established policies and vision. 

  • Collaborating with other executives and contributes to development and implementation of the company's strategies, goals and objectives. 

  • Play a critical role in shaping the organization's long-term vision and success. 

  • Oversees resource distribution and manages budgets. 

  • Assures resources are allocated appropriately to support the organization's operations. 

  • Evaluate performance of employees.
