WIC Director
Job Description
Manage all aspects of WIC operations with focus on the enforcement of state policies and procedures. Provides supervision and overall management for WIC team. Serves as a Nutrition Educator to participants.
Minimum Requirements
Registered Dietician or RD eligible.
Management experience required

Knowledge of team based approach to care
Knowledge and ability to monitor and measure program compliance with all applicable policies, funding and billing regulations, and laws.
Conducts compliance audits related to documentation requirements and accurately reports findings.
Provides effective training to staff.
Communicates respectfully and effectively establishes professional relationships.
