Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (FQHC)
Job Description
Provides behavioral health care services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment. Prescribes and manages medications.
Minimum Requirements
Advanced clinical license as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Be over 18 years of age
Possess a clear and valid Driver's license

Job Duties/Skills Required
Provides behavioral health care services including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
Prescribes and manages medications.
Completes clinical documentation accurately and at the time of service Fully utilizes approved electronic health record.
Provides direct clinical services at the advanced, independent practitioner level using approved interventions and completing necessary documentation to receive payment from insurance companies, Medicaid, Medicare, etc.
Coordinates referrals to other agencies and specialists as indicated by patient need
