Job Description

Provides supervision, coordination of services, and direct practice for an Assertive Community Treatment team- a community based, multidisciplinary team that provides services to individuals who have severe and persistent behavioral health diagnoses.

Minimum Requirements

  • Master Degree in social services field (required)

  • Advanced practice license in good standing (LPC/LCSW) or eligible to attain within 1 year (required)

  • Minimum of two years of managerial experience (preferred)

  • Assists clients in identifying strengths, needs, and realistic goals to develop a service plan.

  • Accurately identifies risk and responds appropriately.

  • Maintains professional boundaries and operates within agency / ethical guidelines.

  • Knowledge of agency and community resources and referral processes.

  • Effectively supervises a group of social service professionals.

Job Duties/Skills Required

  • Provides broad management for program(s) with combined total annual budgets of less than $750,000.

  • Provides supervision, clinical consultation and review, assignment of cases, and overall management for their clinical team.

  • Provides performance data and reports regularly to the Program Director 3.

  • Monitors quality of all clinical services and compliance of services and delivery with ethical standards, licensing, accreditation, contracts, etc.

  • Continuously monitors and evaluates the program for efficiency, effectiveness, opportunities to reduce operation costs, risks and liabilities, and areas for improvement.

  • Accurately identifies areas of risk and responds appropriately.

  • Communicates with administration regarding needs for efficient operation, such as training needs, environmental and safety needs, equipment, technology, personnel, etc.

  • Ensures safety and security of the facility’s environment, clients, staff, and sensitive information.

  • Ensures compliance with Policies and Procedures.

  • Provides supportive services for clients and arranges for the provision of services from community resources based on the case plan.

  • Participates in setting case plan goals/objectives.

  • Completes case plans with clients.

  • Interviews clients, families, etc. and completes assessments and other clinical documentation. May provide direct clinical services.

  • Maintains a clear driving record in order to be able to drive company vehicles to provide transportation to clients.

  • Attends weekly and/or monthly staff meetings.

  • Leads daily and monthly staff meetings.

  • Analyze monthly billing and work with a third party billing company.

  • May assist with clinical consultation, clinical review, or auditing of clinical records.

  • Performs any other duties as assigned by the Program Director 3.
