Administrative Assistant (FQHC)
Job Description
Screens telephone calls and visitors as directed; refer calls to appropriate staff. Schedules patients in electronic health record for patient appointments. Collects and records intake information, insurance and payments from patients.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
18 years of age
Some experience preferred

Promptly and accurately performs clerical duties including data entry.
