Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (FQHC)
Job Description
Provides behavioral health care services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment. Prescribes and manages medications.
Minimum Requirements
Advanced clinical license as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Be over 18 years of age Possess a valid Driver's license

Job Duties/Skills Required
-Provides behavioral health care services including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. -Prescribes and manages medications.
-Completes clinical documentation accurately and at the time of service -Fully utilizes approved electronic health record.
-Provides direct clinical services at the advanced, independent practitioner level using approved interventions and completing necessary documentation to receive payment from insurance companies, Medicaid, Medicare, etc.
-Coordinates referrals to other agencies and specialists as indicated by patient need
