Dr. Dupont has worked for and continues to have admitting privileges at Terrebonne General Hospital. Outside of work Dr. Dupont enjoys fishing, being outdoors and spending time with his family.

Dr. Yasin has been practicing Adult, Child, and Adolescent Psychiatry in Louisiana for the last 15 years. In addition to his general practice he takes a special interests in Schizophrenia, ADHD, Autism and Pediatric patients. Dr. Yasin is also an active contributor to the development of educational materials put out by American Psychiatric Association. In his free time, Dr. Yasin enjoys jogging and spending time with family.

Sandy is originally from Ohio and went to graduate school at the University of South Alabama in Mobile. She has retired from the state of Louisiana and has been with StartCorp for four and a half years developing a program for her particular area of interest, Medicated Assisted Treatment (MAT) for patients with substance abuse disorders. She enjoys her free time with her family and multiple animals.

I am a gentle, caring dentist who uses the most advanced materials & procedures available. I practice comfortable, health-centered dentistry with a strong emphasis on getting to know each of my patients. In addition to my technical proficiency, I am a careful listener & will explain beforehand what treatment is best for your individual needs. After earning my bachelor's degree from the University of Mississippi in 1983, I received my doctorate from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry in 1987. I'm a member of the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry & a fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry. I am a retired General in the MS Army National Guard, which took me to Iraq for a tour of duty in 2005. I taught crown & bridge as an assistant clinical professor at the University of Mississippi School Of Dentistry between 2003 to 2008.

Deanne Ledet is originally from Bourg, LA. She went to college at Nicholls State University, where she studied psychology. She earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health from Nicholls as well and earned her license in 2018. Deanne has a particular interest in the care of adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety and poor self-esteem. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, listening to music, and running.

Bridget Leche, LCSW has been practicing Social Work for the last 23 years. She has practiced and has experience in Medical Social Work, Home Health, Hospice, Mental Health and in evidence based services with Multi-Systemic Therapy. Bridget is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Start Corporation Community Health Clinic where she specializes in Substance Abuse Treatment along with Counseling Services in Mental Health. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys several different hobbies which includes repurposing furniture, woodworking, sewing and other creative activities.

Victoria "Viki" Rodrigue, LPC, NCC has been practicing mental health counseling since 2015. She went to college at Nicholls State University, where she earned a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Viki provides individual counseling to people of all ages and her treatment approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She has also taken a special interest in helping children and adolescents who struggle with emotional and behavioral issues due to past trauma. In her free time, Viki enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog. She also enjoys gardening, arts and crafts, and traveling.

Harry Brown is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and sees patients across
the life span. His zeal for helping people began when he was a paramedic and continued while working
as an Emergency Room RN downtown New Orleans post-Katrina for over 12 years. He received his
undergraduate and graduate degrees in nursing from Nicholls State University as well as a graduate
degree in Healthcare Management from University of New Orleans. He enjoys spending time with his
family, working out and playing golf.

Stephany Hillman, Ph.D., MSCP, MP is a Medical Psychologist at START Corp’s Houma office. Dr. Hillman has thirty plus years serving in various clinical and administrative roles at behavioral health, substance use, and military treatment facilities including inpatient, residential and outpatient care. Dr. Hillman enjoys working with clients from all backgrounds, ages, and concerns. She has experience with a diverse group of clients including children, adults, elderly, military, substance abuse, trauma, Autism Spectrum, and LGBTQ.

Celeste L Roger is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at START Community Health Center. She attended Nicholls State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree. She then attended Tulane University, where she earned her Master of Social Worker Degree. She has been practicing in the mental health field since 2002. Her experience and passion is working with children, adolescents, and teens who present with symptoms and behaviors related to anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns. She incorporates and encourages the use of creativity, personal expression, and hands on activities to help her patients explore their emotions, thoughts, identify their strengths, develop self-awareness, cope with stressors and triggers, boost self-esteem and self- confidence, and develop positive social skills. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, volunteering and serving our community through nonprofit service organizations and projects, and most importantly, being a mother to her 4 children.

Lisa Mimnagh, Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, has several years in advanced nursing practice in psychiatric medicine in the state of Louisiana. Mrs. Mimnagh has worked at Start Community Health Center for the past five years. She also works with the V.A. facility in Southeast Louisiana. Mrs. Mimnagh has extensive telehealth experience that has provided excellent care throughout the past year’s challenges. Outside of work Mrs. Mimnagh enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and gardening.

Runiqa Darby is originally from Verdunville, LA. She went to college at Nicholls State University, where she studied Sociology. She earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health from Nicholls as well and is currently working on accumulating hours to receive her license. Runiqa is the Supervisor of START Houma location’s Functional Family Therapy-Child Welfare team. Runiqa has particular interests in the care and safety of children, adults, and families struggling with mental health diagnoses, safety risks, and high-risk family conflict/behaviors. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, reading books, and watching tv.

Kimberly Rister is a Licensed Social Worker. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in General Family and Consumer Sciences from Nicholls State University and then her Master’s degree from Tulane University, School of Social Work, with a clinical focus. Kim has over 16-years of experience in program design and management, leadership and group development and residential practices with at-risk youth. In 2005, she received specialized training in Experiential and Adventure Therapy. Currently, she is the program director for the YouthBuild program. In addition to her work, she actively resides on numerous state and local community boards. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her family and physical fitness.

Casey Lottinger received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2009. She then completed her Masters of Art in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nicholls State University in 2015. Casey became licensed with the Louisiana Professional Counselor Board of Examiners in 2018. She then received a Doctorate in Professional Counseling from Mississippi College in 2019. She became a licensed professional counselor board approved supervisor in 2021. Casey works in the Houma location as a Program Director for Functional Family Therapy-Child Welfare, Multisystemic Therapy, Court Pilot Program and Supportive Services for Veteran Families programs.

Lauren is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board Approved Clinical Supervisor with 11 years of experience working in social service-related fields. Lauren has worked for Start Corporation for several years and has assisted in the implementation of multiple new programs within the agency. Presently, Lauren is the Program Director for Start's six Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Teams, the Low Barrier Shelter, and Wren Way Transitional Group Homes. Lauren has extensive experience working with adults who have severe and persistent mental illness, substance use disorders, and who experience homelessness. In addition to program management, Lauren participates in ViaLink's Racial Disparity Task Force, New Orleans Health Dept's Behavioral Health Task Force for the Housing division, and New Orleans' Recovery Oriented System of Care (ROSC) Task Force to represent Start Corporation and provide a voice for the clients we serve. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son, her family and friends.

Ashli Richardson LPC-S, NCC obtained her Masters of Arts in Psychological Counseling in 2006 from Nicholls State University. Ashli has worked with multiple populations and has extended experience with trauma and sexual assault, substance use disorders, crisis intervention, LGBTQ and transgender, adults with severe mental illness and the Geriatric population. Ashli enjoys fishing, working in the yard, and spending time with grandchildren.

Mary Neil, LMFT is originally from Houma, LA. She received a bachelor of fine arts from University of Louisiana, Lafayette (USL). While living in Los Angeles, CA she obtained a Master of Arts in Marriage Family Therapy from Pacific Oaks College located in Pasadena, CA., as well as earning her LMFT license. Mary currently holds licenses in both the states of Louisiana and California. When Mary returned to her hometown in Houma, she earned her teaching credentials from Nicholls State University and taught with Terrebonne Parish School District for 14 years prior to joining Start Corporation. Mary has a particular interest in the care of children and women who struggle with emotional and behavioral issues due to past trauma, unitizing Object Relations and Art Therapy within sessions. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, creating various forms of art, and loving her pets.

Tiny E. Adams is a Thibodaux native. She has been a Family Nurse Practitioner for 17 years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Loyola University, New Orleans LA in 2001. She then received a Master of Science in Family Health Nursing at Southern University and A & M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 2004, and a Post-Master’s Nurse Practitioner Certification in Family Psychiatric Mental Health at Frontier Nursing University in Versailles, Kentucky in 2020.
Tiny is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has practiced in various settings to include family medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, occupational medicine, and emergency medicine prior to becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She holds a National Registry for Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME) certification to issue medical certificates to commercial drivers.

Casey graduated from Nicholls State University with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018, and became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2020. She believes counseling is a unique experience built on trust and empathy. Although she practices with an eclectic approach to fit each individual, she finds a mixture of CBT and ACT techniques have helped herself and many others live more fulfilling lives. Casey looks forward to creating counseling relationships with a diverse community with a wide range of diagnosis, but has a special interest in working with young adults, military service members, and those who have experienced trauma.
