CASEY GUIDRY
President & CEO
Casey Guidry has been the Chief Executive Officer of Start Corporation since 2006 and has worked with the agency since 2000. He has over 20 years of experience working with people who are mentally ill, homeless, and in need of therapeutic involvement. Additionally, Casey has an extensive background in working with a variety of funding sources and regulatory bodies, including Medicaid/Medicare, HHS, HUD and state contracts. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from Nicholls State University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Tulane University. He is licensed by the Louisiana State Board of Social Work Examiners as an L.C.S.W.

JOSHUA HEBERT
Vice President of Human Resources
Prior to Start Corporation, Joshua worked for two decades in retail management for companies such as Sears, Discount Tire, and Target. Now working as the HR Director he’s passionate about ensuring that we are hiring, training, and retaining the best people possible to drive Start Corporation’s mission of helping those in need. In his free time Joshua either tinkers with various hobbies, or can be found spending time with his wife and three dogs.

CATHERINE BROUSSARD
Vice President of Compliance
Catherine Broussard is a quality assurance specialist with over 7 years of experience working in a not-for-profit setting. As Vice President of Compliance, she oversees data collecting and reporting for Start Corporation’s many programs and services. Catherine also works closely with other management and administrative staff to assist with reporting metrics for grant applications and other funding opportunities. Catherine enjoys working across all programs in order to prove the effectiveness and efficiency of services provided by Start Corporation. In her free time, Catherine can be found spending time with her family and having fun all around beautiful home, sweet Houma.

GREG GLEASON
Vice President of the Bayou Region
Greg Gleason LCSW-BACS has been with Start Corporation since July 2014. Mr. Gleason has over 20 years of experience in program development and implementation. Over the past several years, he has overseen the development and implementation of four Evidence Based Programs and several other programs working with youth/families and the Veteran population

ADDIE DUVAL
Vice President of the Greater Baton Rouge Area
Addie C. Duval is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board Approved Clinical Supervisor. She is presently a Regional Director for Start Corporation. She received her Master of Social Work degree from Tulane University in 2005. Ms. Duval is passionate about serving those most vulnerable populations in her community. Ms. Duval currently operates both behavioral health and housing programs funded by a variety of local, state, and federal entities. She also has extensive experience in Multi-Systemic Therapy and substance abuse treatment. She serves as a board member on the Louisiana Balance of State Continuum of Care Board and has participated in multiple HUD Communities of Practice. In her free time, Addie enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, and reading novels.

TANASHA MINOR
Vice President of the Greater New Orleans Region
Tanasha Minor has worked with Start Corporation for over 10 years and has over 15 years of diverse social services experience. Ms. Minor obtained a Masters in Social Work from Southern University of New Orleans. She has directly worked diligently to restore the community and surrounding areas of New Orleans. Ms. Minor enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and exploring the world, as there is always an opportunity to learn and apply new ways to help others.

ANGELA HEBERT
Vice President of Accounting and Finance
Angela Hebert has over 20 years’ experience in financial accounting. She went to college at Nicholls State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Angela loves working as part of a team with shared interest in serving the community. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and her grandchildren.

TRUDY FRANKS
Vice President of FQHCs
Trudy Franks has thirty plus years in administration overseeing operations of inpatient and outpatient behavioral facilities. Mrs. Franks has experience in start-up, growth and overall operations of facilities. Her role with Start Community Health Centers for the past five years involves recruiting providers and employees, assuring regulations and accreditations are adhered to, and overall operations of the Centers. Mrs. Franks has experience working with a culturally, socially, and professionally diverse staff and patients.

NICOLE DITCH
Vice President of Marketing
Nicole Ditch has over 10 years of experience in marketing and has served in the not-for-profit setting for the past seven years. She has held board positions within our community and currently serves on the Friends of Beyond the Bell Board. Her passion for serving others and the community is evident. As a graduate of Nicholls State University, Nicole is well versed in public relations, photography, graphic design and print journalism. In her spare time, Nicole can be found fishing, cooking, watching sports or traveling.
