Casey graduated from Nicholls State University with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018, and became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2020. She believes counseling is a unique experience built on trust and empathy. Although she practices with an eclectic approach to fit each individual, she finds a mixture of CBT and ACT techniques have helped herself and many others live more fulfilling lives. Casey looks forward to creating counseling relationships with a diverse community with a wide range of diagnosis, but has a special interest in working with young adults, military service members, and those who have experienced trauma.
