JULES DUPONT JR.
Jules Dupont, Jr., MD, has 40 plus years serving patients in South Louisiana as their Internal Medicine Physician. He has been serving as the Medical Director for Start Community Health Center for the past three years. Dr. Dupont has worked for and continues to have admitting privileges at Terrebonne General Hospital. Outside of work Dr. Dupont enjoys fishing, being outdoors and spending time with his family.
Dr. Yasin has been practicing Adult, Child, and Adolescent Psychiatry in Louisiana for the last 15 years. In addition to his general practice he takes a special interests in Schizophrenia, ADHD, Autism and Pediatric patients. Dr. Yasin is also an active contributor to the development of educational materials put out by American Psychiatric Association. In his free time, Dr. Yasin enjoys jogging and spending time with family.
Sandy is originally from Ohio and went to graduate school at the University of South Alabama in Mobile. She has retired from the state of Louisiana and has been with StartCorp for four and a half years developing a program for her particular area of interest, Medicated Assisted Treatment (MAT) for patients with substance abuse disorders. She enjoys her free time with her family and multiple animals.
DR. RALPH RILEY, JR.
I am a gentle, caring dentist who uses the most advanced materials & procedures available. I practice comfortable, health-centered dentistry with a strong emphasis on getting to know each of my patients. In addition to my technical proficiency, I am a careful listener & will explain beforehand what treatment is best for your individual needs. After earning my bachelor's degree from the University of Mississippi in 1983, I received my doctorate from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry in 1987. I'm a member of the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry & a fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry. I am a retired General in the MS Army National Guard, which took me to Iraq for a tour of duty in 2005. I taught crown & bridge as an assistant clinical professor at the University of Mississippi School Of Dentistry between 2003 to 2008.
Deanne Ledet is originally from Bourg, LA. She went to college at Nicholls State University, where she studied psychology. She earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health from Nicholls as well and earned her license in 2018. Deanne has a particular interest in the care of adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety and poor self-esteem. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, listening to music, and running.
Melissa graduated with a Master of Social Work degree in 2007 from Louisiana State University. She became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2011. Melissa has a passion for working with survivors of trauma and women struggling with perinatal mental health complications. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children.
Bridget Leche, LCSW has been practicing Social Work for the last 23 years. She has practiced and has experience in Medical Social Work, Home Health, Hospice, Mental Health and in evidence based services with Multi-Systemic Therapy. Bridget is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Start Corporation Community Health Clinic where she specializes in Substance Abuse Treatment along with Counseling Services in Mental Health. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys several different hobbies which includes repurposing furniture, woodworking, sewing and other creative activities.
Victoria "Viki" Rodrigue, LPC, NCC has been practicing mental health counseling since 2015. She went to college at Nicholls State University, where she earned a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Viki provides individual counseling to people of all ages and her treatment approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She has also taken a special interest in helping children and adolescents who struggle with emotional and behavioral issues due to past trauma. In her free time, Viki enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog. She also enjoys gardening, arts and crafts, and traveling.
Harry Brown is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and sees patients across
the life span. His zeal for helping people began when he was a paramedic and continued while working
as an Emergency Room RN downtown New Orleans post-Katrina for over 12 years. He received his
undergraduate and graduate degrees in nursing from Nicholls State University as well as a graduate
degree in Healthcare Management from University of New Orleans. He enjoys spending time with his
family, working out and playing golf.

Alison Bergeron is a lifelong resident of Houma, Louisiana and graduated with a BSN, RN degree from Nicholls State University in 2008 and a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner in May of 2013 from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, LA. After graduating with her MSN, FNP, she became a board certified FNP with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Since becoming a FNP in 2013, she has served the Houma community in Cardiology and Family Practice clinics as well as in the Emergency Department at TGMC. She was also the recipient of the Stories from the Heart Award at TGMC. Alison is also a Certified DOT FMCSA Medical Examiner.
Sarah’s objective as a therapist is to empower her clients to utilize their innate ability to make positive changes while helping them identify their strengths, providing insight, options, and moral support. She feels passionate about the work she does and is humbled when clients make her a part of their journey toward healing and happiness. She went to college at Nicholls State University, where she studied Family and Consumer Sciences and earned her Masters of Social Work degree from Boston University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons and her extended family members.

Jessica G. Davies, LCSW, obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Southeastern Louisiana University. She obtained her Master’s in Social Work from Louisiana State University. She also has a Post-Master’s Certification in Adoption. She has been practicing social work for 26 years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family & friends, cooking, fishing, gardening, & yoga.
Counselor, was born and raised in Louisiana. Ashley graduated in December 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in General Business Administration from Nicholls State University. She returned to Nicholls State University in 2011 to obtain her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and graduated with her degree in December 2014. Ashley obtained her license in 2019, and has worked within the region with a diverse community of children with a broad range of diagnoses. Ashley's particular interest of practice is with adolescents with anxiety and depression. Ashley believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is built on mutual trust and respect. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as shopping and watching The Office.
Stephany Hillman, Ph.D., MSCP, MP is a Medical Psychologist at START Corp’s Houma office. Dr. Hillman has thirty plus years serving in various clinical and administrative roles at behavioral health, substance use, and military treatment facilities including inpatient, residential and outpatient care. Dr. Hillman enjoys working with clients from all backgrounds, ages, and concerns. She has experience with a diverse group of clients including children, adults, elderly, military, substance abuse, trauma, Autism Spectrum, and LGBTQ.
Celeste L Roger is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at START Community Health Center. She attended Nicholls State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree. She then attended Tulane University, where she earned her Master of Social Worker Degree. She has been practicing in the mental health field since 2002. Her experience and passion is working with children, adolescents, and teens who present with symptoms and behaviors related to anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns. She incorporates and encourages the use of creativity, personal expression, and hands on activities to help her patients explore their emotions, thoughts, identify their strengths, develop self-awareness, cope with stressors and triggers, boost self-esteem and self- confidence, and develop positive social skills. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, volunteering and serving our community through nonprofit service organizations and projects, and most importantly, being a mother to her 4 children.
Pamela Dupont, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, has twenty plus years in advanced nursing practice both in family and psychiatric medicine. Mrs. Dupont has worked in many settings from hospital, private outpatient setting, urgent care and Federally Qualified Health Centers. She has been serving patients that suffer with mental illness at Start Community Health Center for the past three years. Mrs. Dupont specializes in chronic disease management, risk reduction and preventative therapies in weight management, diabetes prevention, metabolic syndrome, improving self-esteem and outlook for all ages.
Lisa Mimnagh, Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, has several years in advanced nursing practice in psychiatric medicine in the state of Louisiana. Mrs. Mimnagh has worked at Start Community Health Center for the past five years. She also works with the V.A. facility in Southeast Louisiana. Mrs. Mimnagh has extensive telehealth experience that has provided excellent care throughout the past year’s challenges. Outside of work Mrs. Mimnagh enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and gardening.
Jessica Domangue, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Jessica is a 2010 Graduate of LSU School of Social Work where she received her Master's in Social Work. Jessica has over 10 years of practice and specializes in childhood trauma. Jessica has certifications in Youth PTSD, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Child Parent Psychotherapy. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters and enjoys traveling.
Jacqueline Plaisance is originally from Golden Meadow, LA. She attended Nichols State University as a non-traditional student, where she received her Bachelor of Science from the Department of Family and Consumer Science. She earned her Master of Social Work from Tulane University in New Orleans. Jackie has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the past 20 years. She worked 16 years in the alternative setting in Terrebonne Parish Schools with children and families. She received the Outstanding School Social Worker of the Year for the state of Louisiana in March 2015. For the last 6 years, she has been working in a clinic setting with adults and adolescents. Jackie has a particular interest in helping others in the community to improve their emotional, mental, and physical health in order to live a more fulfilling life. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, riding horses, and enjoying the outdoors.
Kristen Gentry was raised between Dulac and Houma, LA. She attended Nicholls State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Kristen’s work history includes guiding families towards meeting their needs in the areas of mental health and family supports. Her current positions serve the Houma region. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and sitting down to a scrumptious Louisiana seafood boil.
HOUMA FFT-CW SUPERVISOR
Runiqa Darby is originally from Verdunville, LA. She went to college at Nicholls State University, where she studied Sociology. She earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health from Nicholls as well and is currently working on accumulating hours to receive her license. Runiqa is the Supervisor of START Houma location’s Functional Family Therapy-Child Welfare team. Runiqa has particular interests in the care and safety of children, adults, and families struggling with mental health diagnoses, safety risks, and high-risk family conflict/behaviors. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, reading books, and watching tv.
Kimberly Rister is a Licensed Social Worker. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in General Family and Consumer Sciences from Nicholls State University and then her Master’s degree from Tulane University, School of Social Work, with a clinical focus. Kim has over 16-years of experience in program design and management, leadership and group development and residential practices with at-risk youth. In 2005, she received specialized training in Experiential and Adventure Therapy. Currently, she is the program director for the YouthBuild program. In addition to her work, she actively resides on numerous state and local community boards. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her family and physical fitness.

Casey Lottinger received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2009. She then completed her Masters of Art in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nicholls State University in 2015. Casey became licensed with the Louisiana Professional Counselor Board of Examiners in 2018. She then received a Doctorate in Professional Counseling from Mississippi College in 2019. Casey works in the Houma location as a Program Director for Functional Family Therapy-Child Welfare, Youth CPST/PSR, Transitional Living Program and Supportive Services for Veteran Families programs.
Lauren is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board Approved Clinical Supervisor with 11 years of experience working in social service-related fields. Lauren has worked for Start Corporation for several years and has assisted in the implementation of multiple new programs within the agency. Presently, Lauren is the Program Director for Start's six Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Teams, the Low Barrier Shelter, and Wren Way Transitional Group Homes. Lauren has extensive experience working with adults who have severe and persistent mental illness, substance use disorders, and who experience homelessness. In addition to program management, Lauren participates in ViaLink's Racial Disparity Task Force, New Orleans Health Dept's Behavioral Health Task Force for the Housing division, and New Orleans' Recovery Oriented System of Care (ROSC) Task Force to represent Start Corporation and provide a voice for the clients we serve. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son, her family and friends.
Cara was born and raised in Houma, LA. She received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in General Family and Consumer Sciences with a concentration in Child, Family and Social Services from Nicholls State University in 2009. She earned her Master’s of Social Work degree from Tulane University in 2011 and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2015. Cara has worked with a variety of populations including clients who were homeless, adults with severe mental illness and youth who have dropped out of school. Cara has a particular interest in working with children and families and has spent majority of her employment with Start working in this capacity. In her free time, she enjoys being outside with her family and spending time with her friends.
Ashli Richardson LPC-S, NCC obtained her Masters of Arts in Psychological Counseling in 2006 from Nicholls State University. Ashli has worked with multiple populations and has extended experience with trauma and sexual assault, substance use disorders, crisis intervention, LGBTQ and transgender, adults with severe mental illness and the Geriatric population. Ashli enjoys fishing, working in the yard, and spending time with grandchildren.
Eloise Collins is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Louisiana. She earned her GED certification from the Bayou Cane Adult Education Program; bachelor’s degree from Nicholls State University, and her master’s degree from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. In addition, Eloise is also a certified Christian life coach and a certified election commissioner. Eloise has been working in the mental health field since 2015. She absolutely loves serving the community to assist people who are struggling with mental, emotional, behavioral, spiritual, and psychological disorders. She has also founded a local nonprofit organization (Liberty Dwelling) to assist the aged out-foster care youths in finding safe and secure living accommodation. She is a Jamaican by birth, but she has become an adopted Cajun since she, her husband, and her three children have been living in Terrebonne parish for almost 20 years. She is also a member of First Baptist Church in Houma, where she loves to worship in singing and praising God. She also loves to travel with her husband.
